The Apartment

The Annexe@153 offers a cosy, self-contained space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our apartment includes:

  • Bedroom: A comfortable double bed, with ceiling fan, clock radio, hairdryer, and plenty of hanging space. A travel cot is also available on request.
  • Shower Room & Toilet: Features a walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit, and all towels provided (no extra cost).

  • Living Room: Enjoy a seaside atmosphere with a sofa bed (double), TV with Freeview and DVD player, radio/CD player, armchair, and modern gas fire.
  • Conservatory/Dining Room: This bright, relaxing space is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It features a dining table with 6 chairs, sofa & armchair, wardrobe/storage unit with drawers, and air conditioning.

Outdoor Space

The Annexe@153 is set in a tranquil location with a shared garden that is safe for children and pets. This enclosed outdoor area is ideal for relaxing on a warm evening, enjoying a drink, or having a barbecue.


  • Garden Amenities: Includes a table & chairs, fire pit (available on request), buckets & spades, and garden games.
  • Secure Storage: We offer secure storage for bikes and golf clubs, ensuring your equipment stays safe during your stay.
